✸ 3rd Day: Still Chilling (?) in Cherrygrove

[ The feed opens to a crime scene (?).

Observers will see a Ditto flailing about as it pushes buttons on the PokéGear, a Ralts standing on and poking a boy in white and blue, and lastly a (newly befriended) Psyduck looking aghast at...whatever is happening. Said boy is lying faceflat on the ground, one arm stretched out in front of him. Looking closely at his hand will reveal the following message on the ground...

"sorta hee-hot ho"

What could it mean, and what in the world does it have to do with being unresponsive on the ground? ]

...Well, this was definitely a surprise, and not a pleasant one. He'd recognize that outfit (and everything else about Hiro) anywhere. Fortunately, he happens to be in Cherrygrove right now. Unfortunately, the location is unfamiliar to him, at least for a moment. It's a small city, and he will find him, even if it'll take him a little longer than it usually would.

Time to drop everything and get over there.]

[ It might take a while for someone unfamiliar with the town to find him, but it's entirely doable: he just went to a more secluded part of town so he can play with his Pokémon in peace and not-so-quiet.

Speaking of his Pokémon, his Ditto is still pushing buttons on Hiro's PokéGear while his Psyduck is trying to stop his Ralts from drawing on Hiro's face after he managed to turn him around so he isn't faceplanting anymore.]

[A few minutes later, he and his Absol arrive on the scene in a not-so-flashy fashion. ~~He misses his floating already.~~]

...Shining One.

[It's obvious Hiro's not conscious, but he can't help but mutter it anyway. Now to ask the Pokemon. Even though he can't understand them, at least they could...make noises. Or gesture. Charades, even. Addressing Hiro's Pokemon, all of them:]

Tell me what happened.

[ Before Ditto can start playing abstract charades, Psyduck quickly snatches Ralts' marker and starts making lines with it (like a stick) on the ground.

First picture drawn is a stylized perky-looking rabbit. Second picture is that same rabbit drawing on the ground with...what is likely Hiro's Pokemon surrounding him. Third picture is the rabbit lying faceflat on the ground with question marks drawn above him.

...Why Psyduck can do all this is a mystery for the ages, that's for sure. ]

[~~are you implying something about his name by using a Psyduck~~

He gets the gist of it. Hiro was fine, Hiro was not fine, Hiro flopped down.]

He collapsed, then. But why?...

[ ~~Noooooooope! Why would you think that?~~

Psyduck shrugs. How is he supposed to know? He's no Nurse Joy. Ralts and Ditto follow suit with their own "like hell we know" gestures. Hiro's collapse was way too sudden for them to know the reason why. Which was why Ditto was attempted to ask for assistance over the network earlier! ]

[What to do, what to do...

Well, humans obviously needed medical attention when their condition was like...this. So getting Hiro to a medical center seems to be the best plan of action. The Pokemon Center, then. But he still stares at him, wondering if he should...pick him up and carry him away like this. He obviously can't ask Hiro if he'd be okay with that, but...]

[ While Ralts seems to be more preoccupied with poking Hiro, Ditto and Psyduck are both looking at the newcomer with curious eyes. What do? ]

[Well, there's only one thing to do in this case. He'll move forward and kneel down near Hiro. But he'll make sure to let Hiro's Pokemon know what he's doing with their trainer.]

...Allow me to help him.

[ Well, they do want Hiro to be helped, so it's not like they have much other choice, since moving Hiro for them is...quite the feat. So they just look at each for a moment, nod, and make to follow.

At least, Psyduck and Ditto are. Ralts will be taking a ride on Hiro himself, thank you very much! ]

[...Oh well. Ralts is going to have to deal with a bit of an unstable ride, then, as he picks up Hiro (surprisingly easily, you can thank inhuman strength for that)...and is off, carrying him bridal-style. Because that's the most logical way of carrying him like this, obviously.]

It's unfortunate. This is all I can do for you, Shining One.

[ If he could answer, Hiro would be making horrible jokes about all this. (Un)fortunately for everyone, he can't.

Ditto does seem to be finding all this funnier by the second though. Psyduck, on the other hand, just wants Hiro to wake up before they all end up bickering and playing pranks on each other. Ralts just holds on for dear life. ]

[Doot dee doo...poor Ralts. At least it's a somewhat smooth ride after the initial picking up and whatnot. His own Absol is keeping an eye on them and making sure Hiro's Pokemon don't get too out of hand. Especially on the Ditto. B|]

Hey? Can you hear me?

[ No response from Hiro, sadly! But his Ditto (Rinta, thanks to the suggestion of a cute little girl) recognizes the person on the feed, so it starts waving a globarm around. ]

[After some futile calls, he look at the Ditto.] Hey, what happened?

Ditto!

[ It seems to be trying to mime what happened... First, Ditto tries to look like it's writing on the ground. Then it suddenly seems to...dissolve a little into the ground.

It's all rather abstract, to say the least.

In the background, that Ralts can be seen rummaging through Hiro's backpack for...something. ]

So he's writing something and then...flopped down? Passed out? Became pancake batter?

[Mm, pancakes.

Oh, right, Hiro.]

So am I right or off the mark?

[ And suddenly, Ditto is transforming!

...Into a stylized 1. What could that mean? ]

...He flopped down?

[ As soon as Atsuro asks that, Ditto transforms into a 2. That answer your question, nerdlinger? ]

And then...passed out?

[In that order?]

[ Ditto transforms back to normal and...nods? Well, it appears to be moving its "head" up and down.

In the background, Ralts can be seen trying to whack Psyduck with a backpack-procured marker...and hitting Hiro on the head instead. Whoops. ]

Hey, careful!

[ashdjk please don't hurt your trainer too much]

[ Ditto seems to have no idea what Atsuro is talking about! And Ralts and Psyduck are still bickering and fighting too much to listen, sorry.

Ditto, can't you make sure your buddies won't hurt your trainer again by accident?

[ Ditto looks back.

Ditto looks forward.

Ditto has no idea what you're talking about. ]

...They hit your trainer earlier by accident. Behind your back.

...Ditto!

[ Translation: ...That happens alllll the time! ]

...Just, keep an eye on your trainer.

[ Maria is just.. staring.. What's going on here? She looks a little worried, though. ]

Uu-.. are you okay?

[ Rinta seems to trying to mime out what happened, but to put it kindly, his attempts at it are too abstract to be easily understood. ]

[ Maria is trying all the same, though! She's just.. frowning at the screen a little, trying to understand it. ]

What does that mean?

[ In a last ditch effort to be understood, Ditto transforms into a cylinder and...topples over to the ground, smiley face still in place. ]
