Hiro doesn't mind physical contact at all, but he generally won't initiate it if he does not know the person well. He will, however, raise an eyebrow at kissing and the like. How else he reacts depends on how well he knows the person though!

Yes, they can injure and kill him, but please check with me beforehand. As for the next part of the question, he's a pretty strong fighter, if a little fragile when it comes to strength and vitality. He makes up for it with his strong magic and quick reflexes though. Totally a glass cannon/fragile speedster-type. However, he does not initiate fights.
